I had to think about it for a bit before I tilted my head right side up again

I agree with martin. To improve the composition and the illusion that she is walking on the wall I think you should place the subject closer to the top of the frame.

By the way what was your vantage point? bridge?

A good idea with a helicopter view but having her in central position is not ideal.
